Western Bank, Los Angeles, has named Joseph J. Disgange to the position of president and chief operating officer. Western Bank Chairman Hugh Smith, who formerly filled the role of president, will continue as chairman and CEO.
Disgange previously served as vice chairman of First Los Angeles Bank, a Century City-based bank.
