LaRouche Fraud Trial Set for Today; Delay Is Denied

BOSTON —
U.S. District Judge Robert E. Keeton denied a defense motion Wednesday to delay the obstruction of justice trial of Lyndon H. LaRouche Jr. and 11 others charged in an alleged $1-million credit card fraud scheme. Opening arguments in the trial are scheduled for today.
