Bank of America said it has completed the sale of its Netherlands credit card operation to Verenigde Spaarbank N.V. for an undisclosed price. “The sale is part of our international strategy to concentrate resources on the top tier of the wholesale institutional market--corporations, banks and governments--and won’t affect our corporate business in the Netherlands,” said Executive Vice President William V. Young, head of the San Francisco-based bank’s international division.
