Distribution Center in Valencia Bought

LouverDrape Inc., a division of Beatrice Co., has purchased the recently completed 131,425-square-foot Valencia Distribution Center, 27680 N. Avenue Mentry, Valencia, from Katell Properties Inc., Los Angeles, and Cal Fed Income Properties, Los Angeles, for about $7.5 million.
This represents the largest sale to a user in the center. In 1989, Katell will build an additional 125,000-square-foot facility on an adjacent five-acre parcel for LouverDrape.
