Train-Truck Crash Kills 15

NEW DELHI —
A train slammed into a truck crowded with people returning from a market in southeastern Orissa state, killing 15 and injuring 14 others, the Press Trust of India reported. The domestic news agency said the accident occurred Wednesday near Koraput, 660 miles southeast of New Delhi.
