A 15-year-old Redwood City girl who admitted that she painted Nazi symbols on a local synagogue was placed on probation. The girl, who was not identified because of her age, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of vandalism in San Mateo County Juvenile Court in the Nov. 12 incident at Temple Beth Jacob, said Deputy Dist. Atty. Eddie Thomas. A second charge of vandalism for spraying a white supremacist slogan at a nearby elementary school was dropped after she agreed to pay $418 restitution, Thomas said.
