Times Ad
As director of Jews for Judaism, an organization which works daily to repair the personal and familial damage caused by deceptive and cult groups like Jews for Jesus, I am quite troubled by The Times acceptance of a full-page advertisement (Dec. 11) promoting the aims of that infamous organization.
As you may not be aware, Jews for Jesus has been roundly condemned by both Jewish and Christian clergy and laity alike for its insensitivity to Jewish concerns, its widespread use of deception, its promotion of anti-Semitism, its bastardization of authentic Christianity, as well as for the threat which it poses to the delicate fabric of interfaith relations.
