Mullican Loses Fight With AIDS

I must confess that I was deeply touched by Cimons’ article. The suffering and fear this man went through were incomprehensible.

To date, all the articles, books, and stories dealing with AIDS have not had any noticeable impact in my life. However, Cimons’ article caused me to pause three or four times through the article and just cry at the breakfast table.

Also, I would like to tell Cimons that I have decided to be a “buddy” to an AIDS victim. This will be my small contribution to the AIDS cause.

I pray to God that if there is a positive note to this disease, it is that of caring for each other. Please, everyone, give a damn!
