Reagan Appoints 4 Aides

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan filled four mid-level White House staff vacancies Friday, naming Benedict Cohen and Patricia Mack Bryan as associate counsels and Juanita Duggan and Mary Schnepper as public liaison assistants.
