Datron Systems Negotiates to Acquire Astro Link
Datron Systems, a Simi Valley defense electronics company, said it is negotiating to buy the assets of Astro Link, a privately held Camarillo firm, for less than $1.5 million.
Datron makes equipment that tracks radar and satellites. Astro Link makes equipment that receives electronic signals from equipment used to track missiles, planes and satellites.
