Military Personnel Praised by Reagan

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan praised America’s military men and women Tuesday as “the best-trained, best-equipped and best-educated” in the world.
“We have the best darn group of young men and women in uniform that this nation has ever seen, and we’re proud of them,” Reagan said at dedication ceremonies for the reconstructed Army and Navy Club.
Speaking to an audience of about 100, Reagan said: “You’ve put together a beautiful building and an historic treasure.”
