NASA Official Leaving to Head Pentagon Agency

WASHINGTON —
Raymond S. Colladay, who has directed NASA’s aeronautics and space research and technology programs, is leaving the agency to become director of the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, it was announced Friday.
