UC Irvine Loses in Swimming to Northridge

UC Irvine’s Brian Judd won two individual events, but Irvine lost to Cal State Northridge in men’s swimming at Northridge, 118-97, Saturday.

Judd won the men’s 1,000-meter freestyle in 9:59.00 and the 500 freestyle in 4:47.31. Mauro Macchi won the 200 butterfly in 2:00.94. Tom Jordan won the one-meter diving with 268.20 points.

The Anteater women’s team also lost to Northridge, 146-68.

Irvine’s Trishna Coleman won the one-meter diving competition with 227.93 points.
