The Arizona Board of Regents unanimously approved a 10-year lease that would permit the St. Louis Cardinals to play their National Football League games next season in 70,491-seat Sun Devil Stadium.

The package includes a guarantee that $6.4 million would be spent to build 60 glass-enclosed sky boxes atop the stadium, and that the boxes would be sold out, giving Cardinal owner William Bidwill $2.4 million annually.
