Italian Airline on Strike

ROME —
The state-run Alitalia Airlines said Sunday that half of its scheduled flights for today have been canceled because airport ground personnel in Rome and Milan are striking in a prolonged contract dispute. Alitalia said intercontinental flights will operate.
