Management changes appear to be under way at Incomnet, a troubled Westlake Village computer firm, company officials say. Charan Lohara, longtime company chief executive, said he probably will step down in the near future. Speculation within the company is that shareholder Sam Schwartz will take over as president.

Schwartz is president of Kaliber Management, a private Beverly Hills management company. Schwartz and some of his Kaliber clients have invested more than $2 million in Incomnet since it went public in 1981.
