A new mortgage firm has set up shop in Santa Ana, joining the highly competitive market of companies eager to make loans to home buyers.
SunStar Mortgage Corp. is owned by the husband-and-wife team of William and Deborah Hedderly. William Hedderly has been a mortgage salesman for the last seven years, and Deborah Hedderly, who holds the broker’s license, has been in the business for 10 years.
In a field where even the national giants barely win 3% of the market, the Hedderly couple hope to carve out their own niche. “California real estate is always a winning proposition,” William Hedderly said.
