Korea Group, Hungary Sign Economic Pact

SEOUL, South Korea —
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry said Tuesday it has signed an economic cooperation agreement with Hungary. It is the first time a private South Korean organization has signed a cooperation pact with an East Bloc country, a chamber spokesman said. Seoul has no diplomatic relations with Communist countries.
