About 300 Argentine soldiers will be court-martialed for their parts in the two-day rebellion led by cashiered Lt. Col. Aldo Rico, military officials said Wednesday.

The army command announced that 60 officers and 222 soldiers were arrested after Rico’s surrender Monday, but other officials said that the rebels--those with Rico and his supporters in several army units around the country--totaled at least 300.
