Kaufman & Broad Home said annual earnings rose 29% to $35.5 million for the fiscal year ended Nov. 30. Annual revenue rose to $672 million, up 37% from year-ago levels, the firm said. The Los Angeles-based home building company said the results mark the fifth consecutive year that it has posted record earnings and revenue. Fourth-quarter earnings increased to $15.7 million from $15.2 million for the same period in 1986.
