Are we moving toward an androgynous, humorless society?

The article states that the proposed policy would include “unwelcome . . . visual contact with sexual overtones.”

I find the sight--visual contact--of tight jeans, silky hosiery, glossy lipstick or high heels very sexually distracting--unwelcome--at work. So, ladies, from now on, only sack dresses, tennis shoes, and a scrubbed face will do, or else I’ll report you and have you placed on file.

Come on, folks, quit nit-picking and lighten up!
