Overdue are kudos to two series that haven’t received sufficient recognition. “Tour of Duty” is very well done. The acting, writing, direction and production make this show a refreshing change from precociously hip children (on “The Cosby Show”). And “Spenser: For Hire” is right on track after bringing back Barbara Stock as girlfriend Susan Silverman, who is beautifully teamed with Robert Urich’s Spenser. Both shows warrant more attention.
