- The Nivada Gallery in Hillcrest has changed its name to the Henry Vincent Gallery, reflecting its change in status from a partnership to a sole proprietorship.

Nivada, which purportedly was chosen randomly, was “a great name while it lasted,” said gallery director Vincent, “but I’m using my own name now.” A group show continues at the gallery through Feb. 6, followed by a show of paintings and drawings by Ed Ruscha.
