Unisys Corp., based in Blue Bell, Pa., has announced the management structure of Unisys Networks, the new corporate unit formed with newly acquired Timeplex Inc. at its core.

Edward Botwinick, formerly president and chief executive of Timeplex, a supplier of wide area voice data communications networks, was named president of Unisys Networks. Botwinick will be proposed for election as a Unisys senior vice president at the next meeting of the board. Victoria A. Brown has been named president of Timeplex. She had been senior vice president-sales and marketing.
