Robert J. Casper has been elected president, chief executive and a member of the board and the executive committee of the United States Life Insurance Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of USLife Corp., New York. Casper will serve in the same positions at USLife Equity Sales Corp., another USLife subsidiary. At the life insurance company, he succeeds James F. Betts, who will remain president and chief operating officer of the parent company. Casper previously was executive vice president and a director of Home Life Insurance Co., New York.
