Bethlehem Steel Corp. said it will sell its shipyards in Beaumont and Port Arthur, Tex., and in Singapore and consolidate its marine construction business at its shipyard in Sparrows Point, Md. The three shipyards for sale employ about 400 workers, while 1,800 work at the Sparrows Point facility.
