Arthur Young Signs Woodland Hills Lease
The Big Eight accounting firm of Arthur Young & Co. has signed a 10-year, $10-million lease for 43,032 square feet in Warner Corporate Center, Canoga Avenue and Victory Boulevard, Woodland Hills.
Cushman Realty Corp. represented the tenant and Beitler Commercial Realty Services represented LAMCO, the owner of the 12-story, 251,000-square-foot building.
