Vendo Co. said it reached an agreement with Sanden Corp., a Japanese manufacturing concern, under which Sanden will acquire all of Fresno-based Vendo’s 2.7 million shares outstanding for $9 per share, or $24.3 million. Vendo, a manufacturer of vending machines and metal products, said the agreement is subject to shareholder approval.
