Philadelphia-based Atlantic Refining & Marketing Corp. has reached a tentative agreement to accept La Jolla-based Gascard Club’s fleet fueling credit card at its 630 Atlantic fueling locations in New York and Pennsylvania, the companies said Tuesday.
