Lisa J. Prescott has been named senior vice president and head of Bank of America’s San Diego/Orange/Eastern California region. She replaces Larry Hartwig, who was appointed senior vice president and head of the bank’s Houston-based Southwest regional administration. Prescott previously was a regional vice president at the bank’s City of Industry commercial banking office.
