Triton Group Ltd. has completed the sale of its Simplicity Pattern subsidiary to Wesray Capital Corp. of New York for $117.5 million. Simplicity is a well-known producer of home sewing patterns. Triton said it would report a gain on the sale of $40 million or $3.63 per share for the fourth quarter ended Jan. 31.

Triton Group is 41% owned by Intermark Inc. of La Jolla.
