Joseph T. Nally has been named chairman of Frank B. Hall & Co. of California, Los Angeles, a provider of insurance and reinsurance brokerage, employee benefits consulting and risk management services. Nally previously served as the regional manager of Hall’s Pacific Southwest region.

Arvid R. Tillmar has been named senior vice president and Pacific Southwest regional manager of Frank B. Hall & Co. Brokerage Inc., a subsidiary of Frank B. Hall & Co. Tillmar will be responsible for managing Hall’s Los Angeles, Ventura County, Costa Mesa and San Diego offices. He is based in Los Angeles.
