Santa Ana-based Wespercorp said it lost $152,000 in its fiscal 1988 second quarter, compared to a year-earlier loss of $712,000. Although its losses were lighter for the period, which ended Dec. 31, the computer equipment maker said revenues plunged 57% to $907,000 from $2.1 million in the year-earlier period. Officials said a slowdown in government purchasing affected sales. For its first half, Wespercorp lost $145,000, compared to a year-earlier loss of $807,000. Sales of $1 million were down 85% from the year-earlier $4.6 million.
