CINCINNATI —
Former hospital orderly Donald Harvey, who pleaded guilty last year to murdering 34 people, was indicted Friday on charges of killing three more patients and trying to kill three others.
Prosecutors said Harvey already has confessed to the new charges, which involve patients at Drake Hospital, a facility for the terminally ill. Twenty-one of the murders to which he pleaded guilty last year were of Drake patients.
He has been sentenced to three consecutive life terms.
