Water Agency Elects
The California Regional Water Quality Control Board’s Los Angeles region has elected Paul Flowers as chairman. Flowers, owner of a governmental affairs consulting firm based in Malibu, is serving his third year as a board member. He was appointed by Gov. George Deukmejian three years ago.
