Cigna Corp.’s net fell 11% to $728.3 million, compared to 1986. For the fourth quarter, the firm’s earnings dropped 56% to $134.7 million, compared to the year-earlier quarter. The Bloomfield, Conn., insurance giant attributed the results in part to more than $35 million in investment losses.
