Kadafi Leaves Hospital After Surgery on Nose
Libyan leader Moammar Kadafi has had an operation on his nose and left the hospital on Tuesday night in good health, Libyan television said.
The television, monitored by the British Broadcasting Corp., said: “Libyan doctors at the ear, nose and throat section of the Ibn Al Nafis Hospital in Tripoli carried out a successful surgical operation on the nasal passages of the brother leader of the revolution.”
The BBC on Wednesday said Libyan television showed Kadafi wearing a mask in a hospital chair and then shaking hands with doctors before leaving the ward.
