The Cape Cod Shopping Center in Dana Point has been sold to a Riverside developer for $3.1 million. H & K Tagenega Enterprises bought the 10,400-square-foot building from Benco Development Group of Long Beach.
The center, which was 85% leased when it was sold, is between Del Prado and Pacific Coast Highway. Tenants include Taco Bell, Stop n’ Go Markets, a dry cleaner, and pizza and yogurt shops.
