1 Dead in Hong Kong Fire

HONG KONG —
One tourist fell to his death and nine others were injured in what police suspect was an arson attack on a Hong Kong guest house Sunday morning. The fire broke out on the 11th floor of a block in Chungking Mansions, a collection of buildings in Kowloon containing cheap guest houses and dormitory-style accommodations. The casualties were not identified.
