LOS ANGELES COUNTY - News from Feb. 23, 1988

Guy A. Barnes and Dale D. Donalson have been named staff vice presidents of Hughes Aircraft Co., a Los Angeles-based unit of GM Hughes Electronics. Barnes, 55, is director of the Hughes Microelectronics Center and will continue to head that operation. Donalson, 55, becomes staff vice president-quality management, succeeding Walter W. Maguire, who is retiring. Donalson previously was director of quality for the company’s radar systems group.
