Bomb Kills 5, Injures 11 in Pakistani Bazaar

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan —
A bomb killed 5 people and wounded 11 in a bazaar in northwestern Pakistan on Saturday, state-run television said. The bomb exploded at Thal in the Kohat district of North-West Frontier province. The official APP news agency said the bomb was planted on a motorcycle parked in the bazaar.
There was no immediate indication of who was responsible for the bombing, the third in the province this month and the latest in several attacks that have killed more than 200 people since the beginning of 1987.
