Ocean Research Ship to Be Named Malcolm Baldrige

WASHINGTON —
An oceanographic research vessel will be renamed today in honor of Malcolm Baldrige, the secretary of commerce who was killed in a rodeo accident last July. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration ship Researcher will be renamed for Baldrige in recognition of his public service.
