Thomas R. Uehling, 32, has been named vice president-sales of the rail division of BRAE Corp. He will relocate from Chicago to BRAE’s San Francisco office. Uehling previously was national marketing director. BRAE is a diversified manufacturing, leasing and transportation services company headquartered in San Francisco.
