Mall’s Approval

Just what we need--yet another shopping center (“Retail Center Wins Approval of Voters in Fountain Valley,” Feb. 24).

I would like to propose that Orange County be renamed Mall County. Orange groves no longer exist, and shopping centers are the most common sight.

There is precious little land left in Orange County as it is. Can’t someone think of a new approach for destroying it?
