‘Leafing’ or ‘Loafing’?
If the stories about Ronald Reagan’s penchant for sleeping late are true--and surely they are true, although one of the story-tellers, Michael K. Deaver, is a convicted perjurer, the other, Secretary of State George Shultz, is not--Congress, be advised: Ronald Reagan needs his missile interceptor bill passed if, for no other reason, than as an “alarm clock in the sky.”
