Electronics Giant Forms Subsidiary in Chatsworth
NMB Technologies, a Chatsworth company that will sell high-speed chips used in computers, power supplies, computer keyboards and other electronics equipment, has been formed as a subsidiary by NMB (USA).
NMB (USA) is part of the giant Japanese electronics company Minebea Co. of Tokyo. The company said it formed NMB Technologies from four NMB electronics companies--NMB Audio Research, NMB Semiconductor, NMB Hi-Tek and NMB Components--that had combined revenue of nearly $53 million last year.
NMB said H. Robert Ishikawa is president of the new company.
