Robb KOd by Glass Door
Former Gov. Charles Robb was recovering today from what he described as “a very physical encounter with a glass door.”
He was knocked unconscious Tuesday night when he walked into the closed glass door in his Washington office. The glass did not break. Robb said he “blacked out for a few moments” but did not require medical attention. Minutes later, Robb cut short an appearance on the Cable News Network. “I couldn’t remember why I was there for a few minutes,” he said. “Finally, I said on the air that I wouldn’t be doing the viewers a service by continuing.” Later Robb appeared on several TV shows although he asked the interviewers to keep them short.
