Navy to Launch Cruiser

WASHINGTON —
The Navy announced Wednesday that it would launch a new guided-missile cruiser on March 19 in Bath, Me. The Normandy, a so-called Aegis cruiser, will be launched during ceremonies at the Bath Iron Works, the service said in a statement.
