Diamond Bar Plaza to Grow

An $11-million renovation and expansion program has begun at Diamond Bar Plaza, 2800 Diamond Bar Blvd., Diamond Bar.

About 125,000 square feet of space will be added to the existing 75,000 square feet at the project. Additions will include a 6-screen theater complex, retail stores and at least one restaurant.

The complex, to be renamed Country Hills Towne Center, will be the largest shopping center in Diamond Bar when expansion is completed by the end of this year. The San Gabriel office of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services is exclusive leasing agent.
