Spring Start Set for Citrus Park

Trammell Crow Co.’s Riverside office will start construction this spring on Citrus Park, a $30-million, 311,747-square-foot master-planned business park in Riverside.

The development will be built on 17.2 acres at the southwest corner of Iowa and Marlborough avenues in the Hunter Park section of Riverside.

The first phase will feature two 36,000-square-foot theme buildings fronting Iowa Avenue, along with a 110,947-square-foot warehouse building.
